Bileşim became a subsidiary of three public banks in February 2020 through the partnership of Ziraat Bank, Türkiye Halk Bankası, and Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası.

Our Company, with a journey spanning a quarter of a century and numerous pioneering achievements in the industry which preferred by financial institutions for its innovative, technological, and operational end-to-end solutions developed to meet sector needs, along with its ability to offer multiple services in areas such as in addition to the many value-added services it provides, as well as ATM, Merchant Network, Field Support Operations, Card Personalization, and Printing Office, as well as various value-added services, has also taken on the role of technology owner and operations center for Turkey’s ATM Center (TAM) project—a global first in financial technologies.

Our company is one of the few system operators licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey in the payment systems sector, which has become regulated by the authorities in our country under Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems and Electronic Money Institutions. In addition to complying with the BRSA Support Services Regulation, PCI CARD PRODUCTION, and PCI-DSS requirements, our company is an organization certified by international regulatory bodies such as Mastercard’s ‘Global Vendor Certification Program (GVCP)’ and VISA’s ‘Approved Vendor Provider (AVP)’.
